Series 1001004 - Square
Type Nests
Price class "As Quoted"
Square Nests are used to align full
area-array components with the appropriate Freedom
nozzle. This nest allows the component to be
held by its edges, so that solder paste can be applied
directly to the component. Consult the Conceptronic,
Inc. Parts / Service Department for quotations on
new or custom sizes. A component drawing and
sample must be submitted for engineering evaluation
before a quotation can be issued. Optional adjustment
clamps, Conceptronic, Inc. part number 50201018, may
be used for precise justification of the component
into one corner of the nest. Each clamp requires
two #2-56 x ¼" flat head screws, Conceptronic, Inc.
part number 1146M, to hold it onto the nest.
Order two clamps and four screws per nest if desired.
Parts that have "G" and "H" dimensions listed as "NONE"
do not have #2-56 tapped holes and therefore, can
not use the optional clamps. |
