Model HVC 70
Low Volume Production System
The HVC 70 is the only forced impingement
convection oven that maintains maximum operating flows
regardless of operating atmosphere (i.e., standard air-only
or optional air/nitrogen). Its extremely high linear convective
impingement ratio and high impingement velocities enable
it to outperform competitive systems with far longer heating
chambers. As a result, product heating is more uniform,
profiling is more intuitive and operating power consumption
is low.
Both the heating and cooling chambers incorporate our
exclusive "filterless" flux and flow management
technology (patent pending). This technology is designed
to provide more consistent, long-term performance and
maximum uptime. In the heating chamber, this technology
comes with a 5-year "no flow change, no cleaning"
guaranty!
In the cooling section, our standard Polaris air only
coolers and optional Genesis air/nitrogen coolers isolate
and collect flux effluents through inertial separation
and cold surface precipitation. This approach extends
maintenance intervals up to every 6 months (in comparison
to the weekly maintenance required with filter-based systems)!
