Conceptronic Training Schedule

Course 002
The course covers basic theory, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of the Freedom Series Rework Stations. A combination of classroom, lab time and hands-on training are utilized over a 2-day period.

Prerequisites:
Participants should possess an understanding of basic machine mechanics, control and process. Literacy in Windows is required.


Courses 003 and 004
Both courses cover basic theory, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of both HVC Series and Concept 60 Forced Convection Thermal Processing Systems. A combination of classroom, lab time and hands-on training are utilized over a 2-day period (003) and a 3-day period (004). Course 003 primarily focuses on electrical, computer and software systems. Course 004 covers both mechanical and electrical systems. Process training (profiling) and nitrogen atmosphere operation can be included with each course (and adds an additional day).

Prerequisites:
Participants should possess an understanding of the reflow process as well as basic machine mechanics and control knowledge. Literacy in Windows is required.

Course Pricing
• Training (our facility)
$350 per day per person (all expenses are the responsibility of the customer)

• On-site Training
$1000 per day plus travel and expenses

Notes:
1. Please register for courses at least 3–weeks in advance. Courses are filled on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
